The Ethiopian prime minister meets with tigrayan leaders for the first time since the peace deal Between the government of Addis Ababa and the tigrayan leaders.
The peace deal agreement was in the November 12 / 2022 after two years of unceasing war, between the government forces and the TPLF rebel forces.
basic consideration where put in place . the suffering of the 6 million people in the region was a contributive factor to the cease fire.Since the deal was signed, the government has started delivering different basic needs to the region of tigray due to the dire shortage of food, electricity banking, communication, water and other necessities.
The prime minister and the tigray people’s liberation front (TPLF) signed an agreement to cease hostilities permanently.The prime minister met the tigrayan leaders and had a wonderful meeting in the southern Ethiopian resort. Where they discussed different issues of implementation on their agreement of Pretoria and Nairobi.
In addition to this meeting the PM Abiy ahmed pledged for increasing banking, flights and other different issues that would tighten trust and ease civilian lives.
