Major Jérémie Ruvugirwa arrested today morning in GOMA.
In the city of Goma today February 10/ 2023, major Jérémie Ruvugirwa was detained and arrested as he was accompanying his children who were going to school in kampala Uganda.
Major Jérémie Ruvugirwa, is a police who serves as a roller in the city of Sake, but his family stays in the city of Goma.
As it was reportedly said to Minembwecapital News that he was accompanying his children to school, as they reached the Congo- Uganda border, he was arrested by security agencies.
This is amongst what Tutsi people always request to the Kinshasa government for not treating government workers equally, this comes as they say that Tutsi related people have a closer patternship with M23 mouvement forces, for this reason, some are killed others arrested and others badly tortured.
In the last months an FARDC soldier by names of Furaha, was badly beaten in Kinshasa, scrolled down on streets, because of having a face related to the ones of M23 forces. Major Kaminzobe, was killed in the parts of Fizi territory, was taken out the military convoys by civilians, killed by being burt to ashes.
