
A Munyamulenge know as Bukomoko Kanyamasomo, who lives in Kalemi, in Tanganyika Province, yesterday was horribly beaten by Congolese Police officers, on the account of having a land in the area as they named him a Rwandese.
The bad news reported to Minembwe Capital News by one of Kalemi residents is that, yesterday March 04/2023 in Kalemi, Tanganyika province in DRcongo, official Congolese police officers has beaten to death a Munyamulenge who is eligible as a Congolese citizens but because of the triggered war tensions with Rwanda, he was beaten for he has a Land in Gituku that is Kalemi.
“Kanyamasomo was living for a long time in Kalemi Gituku precisely, during evening hours he was called by someone asking him to report him self to Gituku police station, as he arrived he was charged for he has a land in DRcongo wheras he is a Rwandese and not eligible to possess a land in the Country, it was by then the police officers started beating him and imprisoned him as well knowing that he was about to die. One Congolese woman went immediately and report to his family, and the family went to look for him and they asked police to let him be taken to the General Hospital of the area and they released him” Minembwe Capital News correspondant reports.
Kanyamasomo is taking his treatments at Kalemi General Hospital and he is being treated and improving where he can now speak.
