
Bureaucratic hassles hindering Eastern DRcongo aid task force.
The surging insecurity in the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo has become a considerable fact, the aid as an appropriate way to help the internal displaced refugees who are suffering without any government assistance rendered to them.
The bureaucracy in the Eastern province, is said to have hindered the rapid delivery of goods and services from international aid like recent European union aid to the displaced refugees.
An estimated 6 million internal displaced refugees have fled their homes due to the rampant insecurity actively dominated by the M23 mouvement force said to be backed by Kigali regime, an allegation that Kigali and other foreign independent institutions have continuously rejected.
The Kinshasa government is blamed by it’s internally displaced refugees to not provide them humanitarian assistance and not coming up with the peace process restoration agreements for them to go back home.
The UN office for the coordination of Humanitarian Affair (OCHA) , has declared to have been facing a lot of bureaucratic roadblocks and restrictions which is leading the humanitarian assistance to a hazy mouvement in the areas where this assistance is needed.
According to reports the Congolese conflict that has been around for decades, the Eastern region of this country, is considered to be the world’s most ungovernable on humanitarian crisis.
