Colonel Mahoro Ntagenzwa Ruterera’s Family call for help over his sickness in the central prison of Kinshasa so that he can get treated and taken care of.
The family said “Colonel Mahoro Ntagenzwa Ruterera who has been serving under the Congolese National army (FARDC), who got famous during RDC , when he fought decisively for the peace of the country against every RDC enemy. He was arrested while wounded using Demiap wheelchair to move as he was shot from battlefield fighting the Kinshasa government enemies.”
“This soldier was arrested from Uvira in the South Kivu province where he was getting his wound treatment. After his arrest he was transferred while carrying the serum, he first passed to the primary investigative authorities to investigate on his arrest.”
“what hurts is that this soldier has not been granted bail for over 25 months to get justified.”
As the soldier’s family tells they added that they got informed that “Colonel Mahoro Ntagenzwa Ruterera is severely sick and he is badly treated in the prison,” after coming across to this information the family has requested the Head of State Félix Tchisekedi Tchilombo, and the country’s commission in charge of Human rights and other different related organisation like INTERNATIONAL AMNISTIE, ACAJ, ICRC and MONUSCO. They asked them to intervene so that this soldier can get treated and be granted bail.
Colonel Mahoro Ntagenzwa Ruterera’s family added that “If Colonel Ruterera dies without being granted bail and get justified, the investigative authorities, Minister of justice and national forces Minister will answer for his death and the family has power to bring them to jurisdiction.”
