An “exploratory electoral” mission of the European Union is staying in Kinshasa for a period of fifteen days, announced Wednesday, June 7, the head of the delegation, Vincent, after the audience that the president of the National Assembly granted to his delegation.
This mission wants to realize the effectiveness of the conditions for observing the elections in December 2023 in the DRC.
According to Vincent Ringenbert, the report of their mission will help the European Union to decide whether or not to participate in the observation of the next elections ,
