On Monday, July 10, Bruno Aubert, the French ambassador to the DRC, said: “The implementation of the recommendations of Luanda and Nairobi are considered a priority.”

Bruno Aubert applauded the tremendous diplomatic mobilization on the DRC crisis that has been seen recently at the regional level.

“Since France stands behind the DRC in everything that has to do with its ability to exercise sovereignty, it was only natural that we talk about our military defense collaboration. We have major military defense cooperation, which will undoubtedly expand into new sectors. We also have the overall situation, which is obviously most serious in the East. The French envoy said, Our reading is that there is an overwhelming emphasis for the implementation of what was decided in Luanda and Nairobi”.
He insisted that every activity must have as its central theme the Luanda road map.
“We are glad to see that there is significant diplomatic mobilization work. In Goma, where the Deputy Prime Minister is traveling, a meeting is scheduled for tomorrow. Additionally, which strives to improve the efficiency, visibility, and timeliness of the pre-cantonment and cantonment processes. Everyone must work toward achieving that. Additionally, we note that there have been numerous diplomatic initiatives at the regional level in recent weeks. We applaud and highly encourage these initiatives,” Bruno Aubert added.
