M23 Condamn FARDC (Congo National Army), of killing innocent Civilians by heavy bombardements.
M23 mouvement has condemned Fardc, the Congo national Army, of violating the guidelines and orders from the Bujumbura 20 th Extra ordinary EAC Head of states summit were diplomatic and implementations of Luanda and Nairobi peace process outcomes.
The M23 assistant political spokesperson Canisius, in an interview he said that “FARDC forces continues being violent against civilians , they come and made heavy bombardements by air fighting crafts and other artilleries that killed more than 5 civilians in the village of Kilorirwe, and others severely injured. We regret to see the national army violating EAC Head of states orders. that shows lack of discipline in the untrained and tribalistic army that kills who ever who looks a Tutsi.”
The M23 assistant political spokesperson Canisius urged that, i want to make this clear to the world “Our advancements by capturing other territories is not politically motivated instead we advance to rescue our own brothers and sisters who are being killed day and night by the Kinshasa regime. You won’t be called out by your sister who is being kidnapped and tormented by gouvernement official and fail to advance because of heavy bombardements” Canisius said .
“The fact that M23 is considered as a rescue team for Congolese tribalistically on the blink of massacre.” Some civilians said.
