RWANDA INVESTIGATION BUREAU HAS ARRESTED HAFASHIMANA USTO A MURDERER .
Rwanda crime investigation agence has reportedly arrested the murderer know as Yusuf, whose real names are Hafashimana Usto suspected to have killed different people in Kigali by cutting off their heads.
The investigators shows that the 34 years old Hafashimana, who kills people by only cutting off their heads, was his own way to easy his penetration into their homes to rob them.
According to investigations, this man who came to Kigali city of Rwanda from his home village in 2008 , started his robbery since 2012 and he was once been arrested for robbery.
This murderer has killed more than four people within 2 months.
