According to sources in the Congolese presidency, this conference should result in a proclamation laying the groundwork for peace and stability in the DRC, in line with the SADC troika’s purpose.
This meeting also includes representatives from the DRC’s FARDC and the Congolese government. Among them are the generals of the army, Minister of Regional Integration Antipas Mbusa Nyamwisi, Minister of Foreign Affairs Christophe Lutundula, and Deputy Prime Minister.
