Nk’uko perezida wa Sosiyete sivile bwana Mambo Kawaya, yabitangaje yavuze ko ubwo buyobozi u mutwe wa M23 ba bushize muri Groupement ya Kibumba, kuva kuri uyu wa Gatanu, tariki 10/11/2023.
Yakomeje avuga ko buriya buyobozi babushizeho m’urwego rwo kugira ngo babashe kugenzura ibice barimo haba m’urwego rw’igisirikare ndetse n’urwagisivile.
N’inyuma y’imirwano ikaze yakomeje guhuza M23 n’ihuriro ry’imitwe y’itwaje imbunda ifasha ingabo za Republika ya Demokarasi ya Congo kurwana, bikarangira uriya mutwe wambuye ingabo za leta ya Kinshasa, Kibumba n’ibindi bice byomuri teritware ya Nyiragongo, Masisi na Rutsuru.
Gusa ibi ntaco u mutwe wa M23 urabitangazaho. Perezida wa Sosiyete sivile, Mambo Kawaya, akaba yahamagariye abanyekongo guhaguruka bakamagana u mutwe wa M23 bakoresheje imyigaragambyo, aho yasabye n’urwego rushinzwe ubutasi mungabo za Republika ya Demokarasi ya Congo (ANR) na DGM ishinzwe abasohoka n’abinjira mu gihugu kubana n’abaturage maze ngo bakamagana u mutwe wa M23.
Mambo Kawaya, akaba ashinja u mutwe wa M23 kuba bafata ubutaka bwa RDC bakabuhuza n’ubutaka bw’u Rwanda.
Yagize ati: “Ubu ntamupaka ukihahari ubutaka bugenzurwa na M23 bakuyeho imipaka ibahuza n’u Rwanda.”
Ibi bibaye mugihe u muvugizi wa M23 mubyapolitike, bwana Lawrence Kanyuka, ashinja ihuriro ry’ingabo za Kinshasa, FDLR, FARDC, Wagner Imbonerakure z’u Burundi na Wazalendo, gutera ibibomba mubaturage no mubikorwa remezo bigasenya Imihanda muri Groupement ya Bambo, Kishishe no munkengero zaho.
Yagize ati: “Ihuriro ry’ingabo za Kinshasa, FDLR, FARDC, Wagner, Imbonerakure z’u Burundi, na Wazalendo, baratera ibibomba bigasenya ibikorwa remezo harimo Imihanda, mubice bya Groupement ya Bambo, Kishishe no munkengero zaho. Gusa ingabo zacu ARC/M23 bakomeje kurwana kubaturage n’ibyabo.”
