The closest rebellious Militia group of the Kinshasa government Maï Maï Nyatura, This last night has killed more than 9 people in Bishusha that is Rutshuru Territory.

Last night of May 3rd 2023, 9 civilians from the Tutsi community were killed by a rebellious militia group of Maï Maï Nyatura known by it’s close partnership with the Kinshasa government forces.
The victims were terminated from Bishusha village in Rutshuru territory. Reliable info that has been reported to MCN by one among residents of the area is that, four among the culprits were taken hostage by the M23 mouvement forces.
The MCN reporter said that that “ Nyatura has killed civilians here in Bishusha, 9 were killed the casualties were taken to hospital. But we are happy because some of the perpetrators were captured by M23 forces.
Maï Maï Nyatura is merely made up of young men from Bahutu community, and this militia group closely patterns with the Kinshasa government forces (FARDC). Since the start of Eastern province confrontations between M23 and Congolese government national forces (FARDC), Maï Maï Nyatura has integrated and closely collaborated with the FARDC.
Among it’s leaders Col Mugabo comes in and was allegedly detained by the Congolese national army.
